AZ SEO...? Geo specific or..?

    On pages that have SEO related content I get/see SEO related google ads - duh..

    my question is I see over and over again a couple of AZ SEO companies with "AZ Search Marketing", AZ SEO Marketing" etc in the title...are these ads the same for you guys in...lets say California..or Atlanta...? or does AdSense return geo specific ads somehow...? My IP #, or the sites server location,....?

    I see these ads here on DP forum, and several other sites, not just my own sites.

    Sorry if this is old news to you guys - I'm just getting started - I have a lot of dumb questions.
