It looks nice and all but what does AWYE stand for and what's your hook? how is your site different from the many out there like it? What special content do you have? Thats a nifty looking banner at the top but it doesn't tell me anything about your site other than that its run by someone with photoshop skills.

    Hi bflora,
Thanks for the feedback, AYWE? well I didn't intend to have any name, but I guess "all your website engines" ? I am planning to use adsense sharing mod and a banner exchange system, (where as the more you post the more banner ratio your ads will display among other site banners) I don't know if this will work but its a try.

    Impressive looking forum.

At first I wasn't sure if I liked it because I scanned down and saw unrelated topics. As a webmaster I'm not going to visit a forum to talk about movies. Especially, when the title of the forum only names the top search engines.

However, I noticed that people were posting in the movie forum (and the other 'world' topics) and perhaps it might work for you. It is not targeted towards your 'webmaster' audience though and you may want to reconsider including so many off-topic forums.

    -----

I really like how you incorporated the articles on the right side of the screen. Are they free to reprint. You may want to clarify in a sticky post or in each article post. Just because there is a resource box at the bottom of an article doesn't mean you are allowed to reprint it.

    -----

You also incorporated Yahoo ads quite well into your site. Have you consider putting any horizontally into the main part of the forum? It may help your CTR.

Overall, nice work and good lucking getting more visitors to it. It is always hard starting a new forum when there are other forums (like this one) that are extremely popular.

    Thanks webavt,
When I first started out with the forum, I was unsure of any categories. I had the movies and etc on there, so I decided just to leave it there and see how it would workout. I really don't want just webmasters, but a whole community. I know this is hard but hopefully it will workout.
    ---
The articles are free to reprint. Yes I will add a "free reprinted article" title so others will know. I also do plan to put ads in the showthread section after first post.

    Thanks for your feedback :)

I agree with webavt. I don't think that you should have a movies board, just doesn't seem to make any sense. Is the content on this forum designed to compete with this forum?

Thanks for the input, am going to wait a bit more and see how it works out. Am following how the forum members feel about the forum. Yes movie is out of the box of webmaster forum, but its a community. Whats the point having the same webmaster forum over and over again, when you can actually talk about something else in interest. That what am trying to point out.

In that case good luck to you. You're right many forums that come about have all the same categories and don't really offer anything new except the people who visit.

Not to shabby... the design is a little "square" but I like it as a whole.

A mistake most webmasters make when starting out their message board is having too many forums. If you have too many, then your message board won’t look active, and you will lose members because nobody wants to post on a dead forum. I recommend you start with around 4 to 6 forums.
