Axis or HDFC Bank Visa Debitcards working with Paypal ?

Hey guys

I wanted to ask are Axis bank or HDFC bank or any private bank's Visa debitcard working with paypal ?
I have a SBI Silver Visa Debitcard but it doesnt works
Though my friend has a Axis bank's Visa debitcard and it works with paypal and online and he can easily send money via paypal using it.
Is there a diff in cards of private/Gov. banks ?

I wished to get a CC but it doesnt seems easy as I want to have it for my grandma who is retired and 65 age
That 80% CC Usage of FD scheme is not good aswell.


So I wanted to know your views, and knowledge or exp. about it ?

You can use any debit card/ credit card connect to paypal. No problem. There need to select the purpose code in your paypal account

SBI Visa debit card don't even gets linked to paypal account forget about sending payments

 

If you have HDFC debit card then you can get Virtual Credit Card from official HDFC bank website and then you can attach to paypal. Many Indians are doing same.

SBI master card didnt work for me so I am confirmed about it. Go with HDFC debit card I will say. Many Indian people are using HDFC VCC.

 

As per my knowledge none of Indian MasterCard (debit card) not directly working with paypal.

I was thinking for Axis as I can have debitcard or mastercard as my friend said his is working

But now thinking for HDFC as they have netsafe vcc card and visa cards as well + I can apply for CC with FD scheme in worst case scenario


Can anyone tell me about HDFC/Axis Creditcard or helpline support ? Are they good ? SBI CC Helpline and their overall support supersucks
How long HDFC/Axis takes to open a acc and get a CC or debitcard ?

Dude get SBI cc against FD...I got mine for a FD of 20k for 6 months.

Received within 15 days.

 

Mate my father has a SBI CC, I know how much their support sucks, your call only gets to someone 1/5 times and then also they are not able to help much at all
Most of times you end up holding or trying to get picked up for a hour

Icici delivers the card in 7 days with that FD thing

 

I have tried HDFC vcc card today to send money to paypal but its not working for me today dont know why, i think anything wrong with vcc today

 

Well today I applied to Axis bank for a new acc with International Visa Debit card lets hope it works

Nope its not working for me but you should try virtual credit card using net safe account it might work, sometimes it works for me too

 

Non of indian bank's debit card works for sending payment.
Yes you can easily link your debit card to paypal (i got axis and it works to ONLY verify) just to verify but when you try to send money you will get error.

You need real CC. Jst open account in HDFC, do some good transactions and after 6 month bank offer you CC depends upon transactions.
