    Is it "Debit Card" or "Credit Card" ? If it is a "Credit Card" then it would surely going to work with PayPal.

    It will be accepted by PayPal , but you won't able to send payments from PayPal.

    Yes with this card we can verify paypal but cannot send money . I guess we need a credit card to do that .

    I have a sbi classic debit card with a visa logo
    My card has been verified by visa
    and online net banking enabled.

    can i verify my PayPal account using my sbi debit card?

    No you cant . And you cant do it with HDFC VCC or Entropay .You need credit card or the specific card i mentioned .

    Are you able to spend money from that particular debit card you mentioned, because it makes sense as my paypal linked bank account is an axis bank savings account and i am quite sure they will surely give me one if i ask for it, can you provide a screenshot of the top part of your card, that will be helpful.
