I am pretty sure they pay but I have stopped promoting their programs because their reporting is delayed by 1-7 days depending on the program. If you are running ppc campaigns, you can not wait for someone to tell you about a click/sale for 7 days. In this regard, cj.com is the best.
They pay, but their tracking is extremely questionable. IF you manage to get sales though they will pay daily. It's the tracking and conversion rates that are the big issue. Definitely not one to rely on.
