Axelis is back, finally!

    I finally got around to getting Axelis back up in a way that's workable. I had to turn off the search engine until I can get a dedicated server for it. Meanwhile, the directory is up on the index so it's PR5. I also added a wiki so you can go in and post articles, etc. Just please don't get carried away with the article submissions! Submission to the directory is direct. No confirmation or anything like that is required, but a lot of the automated stuff is still on, and I will be watching so spamming still won't work, at least not for more than a day or two.     Thanks, I got more stuff planned for it as well. Once I get the wiki properly tweaked and going I'm thinking about adding a blog hosting software. What do you guys think? Overkill? I think it could be a good thing if it's done right.
