    I think its users who are in part of the site which is requesting a password

    0 would be good i guess. If there is any number their it would be a user trying to access your password protected directory

    In Awstats authenticated users are those that have access to password protected sections of a web site.

    AWstats tells me I get like 250 uniques a day, which Im not sure its true or now :p. I think google analytics says around 200.
