    when i go
Web / Ftp Statistics > Awstats
im getting a error so cant get my stats

    --------------

Error: Couldn't open config file "awstats.thefloorpaint.co.uk.conf" nor "awstats.conf" after searching in path "/usr/local/cpanel/base,/home/thefloo/tmp/awstats/,/etc/opt/awstats,/etc/awstats,/etc,/usr/local/etc/awstats": No such file or directory

    - Did you use the correct URL ?
    Example: http://localhost/awstats/awstats.pl?config=mysite
    Example: http://127.0.0.1/cgi-bin/awstats.pl?config=mysite
    - Did you create your config file 'awstats.thefloorpaint.co.uk.conf' ?
If not, you can run "awstats_configure.pl" from command line, or create it manually.

Check config file, permissions and AWStats documentation (in 'docs' directory).
    Code (markup):
    -----------------

i contacted my host via a support ticked to help get this resolved but wondered if this is a easy problem to fix.

Do you have permission to run awstats_configure.pl from the command line? If you do that it should re-create the missing file. IF that fails, it could be that the permissions on the config file or config directory are not read/writeable by your awstats system.

It is going to have to be fixed by your host. It isn't a hard thing to fix and they shouldn't take long.
