    The Awstats on my site have always updatde daily but they have recently stopped updating! My stats haven't been updated since:

    Last Update: 08 Dec 2006 - 17:43

    Anyone know why this is? Or how to sort it? Thanks.

    You could edit your configuration file to allow you to manually update your stats from your browser.

    Change
    AllowToUpdateStatsFromBrowser=0

    To
    AllowToUpdateStatsFromBrowser=1

    Hi,

    Did you install AWStats yourself or was it installed by your hosting provider ?

    In most cases, AWStats updates are controlled by a cron job. You should look there if it is your own installation. Otherwise report the problem to your host.

    I didn't install it myself, it is already installed by the hosting provider.

    Where would this config file be? I had a quick look but can't see it.

    Thanks for the replys guys.

    Config file (at least on my server) is located in the following directory: root > tmp > awstats

    However, I have this problem with AwStats not updating either. I dont know whats the problem, I've tried anything and everything, and it just wont show the stats...

    Contacted my hosting provider and they sorted it pretty quick. They also changed it so it has the little 'update now' button so I can update it mysefl when I want to. Result!

    When I try to update AwStats on one of my high traffic websites, it takes ages for AwStats to update and as the effect I get to see the following error:

    Flush history file on disk (unique hosts reach flush limit of 20000)

    I tried to delete all the unnecessary files from AwStats folders, but no luck. Any ideas?
