awstats equivalent?

    Is there something that is PHP4 friendly? I have shared hosting without cpanel so no awstats. I just want something simple I can configure and upload that will be similar to awstats.

    I don't quite know of an equivalent, but you aren't able to switch to PHP5? PHP4 is quickly becoming deprecated...

    There is haveamint.com though as an alternative (can't post links yet), not sure if it's PHP4 compatible or not :)

    FWTLogstat2 is another free tool that you can use to analyze your access logs. It works on the Apache Web server logs, so it is independent of what type of pages do you have: HTML, PHP4, PHP5, ASP, etc. It is very simple to use.
