awstats and google analytical?

    Hey, what the ProS and CONs bet awstats and google analytical?

    Should I spend the time inserting google analytical or awatats is good enough?

    Google analytics is brilliant and because its free and easy to use you might as well add it
    to your site.

    I find there is a small discrepancy between the 2 of them but I believe the google stats are
    more reliable, even though Awstats shows more visitors.

    I also like the fact that I can email my daily, weekly or monthly stats straight to my email and
    have a record of everything going on and the improvements that have been made.

    it's better to use Google Analytics than awstats. Google Analytics gives more comprehensive and useful information than awstats

    One thing I learned about using a JavaScript to track website stats is that there may be people who don't have JavaScript on in their browsers, hence does not record certain visits. Of course there are other factors but this was key in me deciding that you need both to balance it out.
