AWSM Ads...

About a month ago I contacted AWSMads.com via email for more info on thier advertising program. Took them a month to get back to me and they called me up with thier offer. They are telling me that for $150 thier rep will set me up with hot selling name brand products and a prewritten ad will be placed on page 1 of google's sponsored ads for one year. Its $50 per ad and it can be seen on Google's sponsored ads plus the AWSM mall.

This sounds like a completed crock of $hit to me!! How can a company gurantee that my ad will be placed on google's 1st page for my particular keywords for $50 per year. It doesn't make sence. When I questioned them how they can offer top placement on google for whatever keywords the only thing they could tell me was because of the AWSM technology. I even spoke with a manager cause the guy couldn't answer my question properly. The manager didn't know how either. All he new was that it worked.

So what do you think of this. Is it lagit or are they preying on ignorant people?

Just happened to see this as I was passing through, and thought I'd give you my take on it.
Basically, they do a bit of c.p.c. advertising for your direct ads, as well as some natural optimization. It's not going to get your "ad" coming up for generic keywords, but product specific...i.e. sony 55 inch tv.
That said, I'm sure it will work for some people but it will be dependent on the products that you are able to get the selling rights to.

They will promise you a lot but then not deliver. Do not take them for their word. They have only been marketing websites on the internet for 7 months. DO not allow them to take your money.

Be careful not to get sucked in on this company. The reps tell you they're registered with BBB but BBB has no record of them. They are also known as: Adforsight.com, Awsm, Awsmtechnology.com, Advancedwebsitemarketing, and who knows what else. Was checking them out to see if I wanted to invest and make money but after reading several, discouraging posts decided not to join that company....sorry for others who got ripped off, but thanks for posting to advise others. I personally spoke with a middlemanagement person who told me they didn't like what BBB offered them and decided it wasn't worth their money....sound fishy??? That was all I needed to decide against them. If you are sending money to them thru the postal mail and don't get what was promised you do have a recourse....contact the postmaster general who will investigate for you...just make sure you have all documentation to back up the claim. I used postmaster general for another company who wouldn't respond to numerous phones calls, e-mails, etc. and once the postmaster general got involved, I promptly got a refund! Good luck and again thanks for posting to alert others!!
