He is just impatient and doesn't understand concepts like time difference.

One place where I admit my fault is that I didn't really come online for about 36-48 hours in between which was basically the time he kept PMing me. But as soon as I came online I asked for his email id.

Then again, it was late at night so I couldn't wait for him to take his sweet time and give me his email id. So I went to sleep and sent the articles the next day.

The articles had been completed way before he got them. They were lying in my inbox and were delivered late due to the above mentioned reasons.

It happens once in a month or so that I don't check my mail continuously for about 24 hours or more. And he got hyper during that time.

Our communication usually receives the best reviews and our speed is also supposed to be above average in many reviews.

And this is one thing I don't like about many clients that they don't tell their email address with the details. Then he would have gotten his articles within the first few days itself.

Although he has been patient. He needs to learn some more.

I accept my fault. However, I wouldn't say that he isn't at fault at all.

Oh, ok then, i'll go and learn some more. If people read this thread they'll see that i'm not the only one who has to "learn some more" when you don't come on-line for long periods of time.

It's hard for anyone to trust people on here so you can / should understand that when you're ignored after a job is over a week late and they've trusted you and paid upfront, they might start to get impatient, this is normal. My impatience was to having the audacity to email you twice in 24 hours after 4 days without a word.

I'm sure you'll come back with another excuse but i'm leaving it here so read into it as you will, i'm sure you won't lose any work from it. Good luck, i'm off to learn more.

I showed your articles you delivered to my content writer and he rates them very low quality.
Numerous spelling errors. I suspect to you may just be using xrumour or whatever tool that rewords articles because some of the sentences make no sense.
Sorry for the bad review, but I am just passing on what my writer says.

 

I did read one of the articles that I gave you and I admit that it is very poor English. My editorial team goofed up in hiring this writer. I have fired him!

You should have contacted me immediately and asked for them to be replaced. I could have even done them for free if you had requested me.

I am sorry that this happened to you. But I really believe that you should have contacted me regarding this, which you didn't, not even once!

 

Yea maybe you are right, such a bad week for me..
But as a professional I go through so much in a week.
If something doesn't work out I just move on.
I used to be different.
