Selling Awesome Tech News Site with Traffic

I am selling a tech news site that gets some organic visits regularly. It's a blog that I had built with lot of enthusiasm but due to lack of time I am unable to update it. That's the reason I am selling it and hoping that the new buyer will take care of it better than me. It gets organic visits ranging between 20-40 per day without any update and I hope it will increase once it's fed with juicy content. The domain is a .com and can be used for long term purpose and it's easy to remember the domain name. I haven't done much SEO on it. Couple of reference back links are there that bring direct traffic too.

I haven't monetized it as this traffic is not enough to earn money from Adsense. Just couple of Flipkart deals came out of it.
