    After I changed the name server pointing to ns1.hostrazor.net and ns2.hostrazor.net, I can use my domain url to access the cpanel.

    www.mydomain.com/cpanel

    Yeah. I found a bit weird either.

    When I login on my WebHost Manager, it still on the old server. But when I login on my cpanel it goes to the new server. Each server has different IP :confused:

    You're right. It seems the nameserver have not propagated throughly. When I access cpanel directly using IP address of the new server its all there and running.
