    It's really choppy, but:

    It's some relatively simple 3d work imported into Flash, a few pans were used and the text effects look like stock effects from AfterEffects.

    You'd need the source file to do that, opening the flash file on that site won't help.

    Yeah, it is all done in 3D, the growing plants are quite easy to make though

    IT can also be camara work with After Effects, quite simple to do really....
