Awesome effect on the buttons - not flash, javascript?

    Hi, I just visited this website
    And look at the buttons! They're so great, but it's not flash as I thought, javascript? Anyone got tutorials on making anything similar? :O

    Javascript. You can use Jquery to do this. I use the Animate feature on my website to fade my search box after 8 seconds and bring it back once you mouseover it. My site is below.
