    Why are you selling this site?
    Clearing some of the websites from inventory. I used the site to test some traffic sources, had some minor success, decided to sell it and move on to bigger things. Basically I tried doing some ad arbitrage, getting cheap quality traffic to convert into AdSense Revenue, it worked 1 day, then the next days the ROI was bad and I decided it was not worth it. So I recommend you to create quality posts and do SEO or free traffic and get some nice profits with that $10 CPC that this domain name has.

    How is it monetized?
    The site and niche is great, the "masters education" keyword has a CPC of $10 in AdSense, so you can earn a lot if you can write some quality posts and get some traffic rolling.

    How much time does this site take to run?
    As much as you want. Basically if you want to make it popular and get a chance to earn a nice bank every month with that $10 CPC in adsense, you should be writing quality posts almost every day and start building some traffic.

    Because of the domain name, that has a very good CPC with all the other domain extensions (.com, .net, .co, .info) already taken for a long time. Also the $75 is just the BIN price, the reserve is much lower.

    I've only got revenue when I was testing some advertising methods on the site, I got a good ROI the first day, but then it had a negative ROI and stopped my campaigns. It's best to create unique content and try to get free traffic to the site in order to fully take advantage of the CPC this domain name and niche has.
