Awesome Directory : New, free, non-reciprocal

The directory , it seems, has tremendeous succes, over 250 links submited in under 12 hours.

I restored all the links to pending and in the next 2 hours all of them will be aproved with rating (except the ones submited in top categories without a reason who will be rejected on rated -1 and adult and casino).

I submitted a couple, thanks for the opportunity.

I'm interested to know how you decide "Awesomeness". Is it mostly on design, content, or gut feeling? Or do you have other criteria: accessibility, navigability, validation, text-to-image ratio, how much scrolling is involved, and so forth?

Only for the sites I submitted, you rated their awesomeness the other way round to my own reckoning, giving the site with 10x more content a lesser score.

Awesomeness is decided by content, look, personal feeling, choosen category and the number of ad-units on the first 1024x768 screen . For example a site with 1000 articles and 3 adsense skyscrapers on the first page will have a rating of 1 and a site with 100 articles and 1 skyscraper will have a rating of 2. Its not fixed or definitive, it can change, going up or down. It's still work in progress.

Very soon there will be a surprise and we will talk in details about "awesomeness".

About pending list : sites will be aproved in maximum 24 hours, at least i will try to keep a backlog under 10% and aprove by date of submision (older sites first) excepting , ofcourse, the reciprocal links who are rated first.

I decided to put off completly the featured links option, there will be no such thing in this directory. Ofcourse adding a reciprocal link is welcomed , my directory will gain and your backlink too
