    I think you mean it is monthly 'potential' rather than actual montly income, right?
    According to google cache the site pages are set up just a day before
    you create this thread, so it's quite impossible to have a full month revenue?

    No, i think a few people think the site was created recently...

    The site looked a bit different and the content was a bit outdated... So, in order to sell it I got someone to redesign the site and add content to it. That's why everything is showing up as recent. The site has been around for 9 months, I just updated it recently in order to sell it.
