Aweber with reconfirmation or iContact with import?

I used a free newsletter software called php-list and I want to use a professional newsletter service from now on.

I have about 4500 emails registered on my website and I have two options:

1 -- Either choose Aweber (because they are the best service) and try to make my members reconfirm their email (this way I am going to lose a lot of subscribers but I'm trying to bribe them :)). I don't want to end up with 40-50 subscribers.

    or

2 -- I can register on iContact and use their import feature. This way it will be more expensive and I don't know about the quality of my subscribers. I don't want my account to be blacklisted after a couple of weeks.

    What do you recommend?

Go for Aweber. First, they are the best out there and second, if people reconfirm their email that you send, that mean they're seriously want to receive your newsletter in the future. These people are the 'gold' that you want to keep.
