Do you see the latest pricing for Aweber? $19 for 500 subscribers only. Wow... that is a drastic change.

    http://www.aweber.com/pricing.htm

I bet that Getresponse will see boost on their sale after this. Is there anybody that moving to Getresponse?

I literally went to their site five minutes ago to sign up and saw that the prices had changed. Whether or not it is a good deal anymore will probably depend on how profitable your list is. For a new list like mine, I'm not so sure. I may give GetResponse a try.

We are with Getresponse and we really like it.
It is less than 18.00 a month and up to ten
thousand leads if we remember correctly.
Aweber's price increase will deter a lot of folks.

I think I will switch to getresponse. Why should I pay $19 for every 500 subscribers when I can pay $18 for 999999...

After reading a couple of blogs and forums, existing Aweber customers can choose to stay on their current plans and will not be affected by the price increase. But you will not get any of the new analytics functionality that is being introduced.

Here are a couple cool features of the new analytics software, from the Aweber blog:

    - See where subscribers are going after the click
    - See where on your site they’re going later — even if they’re not using a link in your emails to get there!
    - Track when they make a purchase, what they purchase, and how much revenue that purchase is worth
    - Instead of tracking links going through http://clicks.aweber.com they’ll go through your own domain!

So, if you think you don't need this new function, don't upgrade your plan.

i called and they said since I am on a yearly subscription the old package will still be in place and will not affect me. I also askled about the renewal after the year he said it will not change into the new package. I assume this new pricing is for new signups?

I think you will find Aweber to have less problems with spam filters then GetResponse.

I have accounts with both Aeweber and Get Response and have been happy with them overall. I would imagine I'll just stick with my old Aweber plan and continue as is.

I've been an aweber user for 4 years and have always paid yearly. I actually just paid my yearly subscription last week. It was the same price as it has always been. I didn't even know about the new features. Hopefully I will still get them. Even if I don't I will stick with Aweber and not worry about the new features.

It amazes me how many people want to make money online but when a great service such as Aweber costs a bit of money they have a cry about it. Aweber is still worth every penny.

I cancelled my account today, I only had 6 subscribers over 2 months, so I really wasn't using it as much as many of you do. I will use getresponse in the future when I start on some websites.
