    Hi All,
I am planning to use aweber / getresponse for my new site. I want to know what is their spam rule.

I mean, lets say I get 1,00,000 people subscribed (opt-in) to my email list. And if I start sending 1 or 2 mails per day using aweber. Most of my members are newbies and they don't even know that unsubscription instructions exist at the end of each email sent through aweber. So lets say - some of them mark our emails as spam just because they don't want those emails any more and they don't know how to unsubscribe.

Then what happens ? Does aweber terminate our account, even though we did not do anything illegal ?

I heard aweber is very strict about this. Is it so ?
Is there any other provider who is less strict about this ?

Is it worth using aweber (or any other email service) for very big mailing lists or is it better to maintain our own server and send emails ? (The problem with own server is that most emails go to bulk folder and some email providers (like yahoo / hotmail) generally block the email delivery after few days.

What do you suggest ? Please share your experiences.

    Thanks in advance...

    Thank You.

Did they (aWeber) give any chance to explain that it's double opt-in ?

Are you using getResponse now ? How is service and features ?
Does it support multiple mailing lists ?

Please use your own Server Autoresponder. Nothing to take care of except the Hosting !!You will need to have an autoresponder service setup on your site. The Opt-in form will capture the data of the Visitor and follow up as pre-scheduled by you. You can use aweber but you will need to pay $20 Approx. / monthly to them and the worst part is that it can delete your account when you are not following there terms !! So if you are looking for one time game than, Read Below...

This is my latest post and i think this post would help you. I had coded a very powerful autoresponder software and the best part is that i am selling it!! You can check the demo of software here at : http://www.demo.autoresponder.futurewebstore.com/codelock/admin/index.php ; and if you like { I guarantee , you will }; than you can buy it from my own site here at http://www.futurewebstore.com/eap-studio-o-bot-autoresponder-p2.html . Please just check the demo, i guarantee, you will 1000% buy it!!

    Thanks,
    Sandeep

{Note: I will provide installation too, or personally contact me at } Or Leave me a PM !!
