Anyone have any dealings with these people? They ripped me off for $60.
I have repeatedly emailed them with no response. Any suggestions?

why would you say they ripped you off?

I bought their subscription and really enjoy AVS Video Converter. It makes converting videos from stupid, ugly, horrible QuickTime to normal formats a breeze.

Friend, I checked their website and I don't think that they could be doing that. They have lot of products to offer and their address is:

The company is registered in England and Wales. Company No. 5042565.

     Online Media Technologies Ltd.
     29 Harley Street
     London W1G 9QR
     United Kingdom
     Fax: (44) 207 182 6722
    Code (markup):
    Also, they have mentioned:

Please do NOT send checks or cash to pay for the programs to the above address as it will greatly delay the registration process. You should use the Registration page to select your programs registration payment option instead.
    Code (markup):
Can you confirm that the their email is not getting blocked or its not landing in the spam or junk folder?

I paid them with a credit card through Worldpay. I have repeatedly tried to contact their support with no response. I paid them $60 for the unlimited access. It's been almost a month and after seeking support from them over and over with no response, I'm about to file a claim through my credit card company. I don't know what else to do.

I think that may be the only option left. Open a dispute with your credit card company and decline the transaction.

that is the best way to get the money back.it is hard and heavy I am sure but there is no other way unless you have to let the money go and spent your time more to do another way to get $60
