Am I right in thinking that with email marketing to multiple recipients is clever really to not use your legit domain names in the Send From box. Instead use other , "operational, temporary" domain names/emails to send the emails from.
When I got this type spam mails then I do report them manually and make them blacklisted. So there is no way out.
The best policy is to use DOUBLE OPTIN lists. Use a legit service like Aweber and use your real domain. Ethical practices get you more down the road...
if you are honest, then you do not have to fear about your blacklisting. Use only double optin method in your squeeze page. Then you don't have to worry about anything.
I have to wonder about thread topics like this one. Why, if a person is playing "By The Rules" would this be a concern? There is no reason why anyone should be spamming, as there are so many ways to get legitimate email customers. If you spam, you will only be hurting your reputation and any business that you have attempted to build.
it might be smart If you send email marketing to dozens recipents without your own domain name but one thing to notice, it will reduce your business reputation and anything that you offer inside that email message. The solution is play clean and use email marketing service that include CAN SPAM act on their policy
