Avoiding Poor Converting Products?

I've been stung a couple of itmes so far with very poorly converting products on Clickbank.

I understand if no one wants to say what niches they target but perhaps some advice on picking good ones?

I know the old advice about Health, Wealth and Sex being the 3 keys but I've had some that fit those fail miserably.

Does anyone have any other more useful advice?

 

Try the anxiety niche, a medium sized niche yet very profitable.. I can guarantee your success.

 

I wonder if poor conversions are sometimes down to poor landing pages and not down to the niche itself. I see affiliates here with conflicting opinions on the same products.

 

most niches convert usually its just the products themselves that are poor

 

How well a product converts isn't determined by the quality of the product (though that doubtless has some relevance to the refund-rate): it's determined by the quality of the sales page.

I agree its all about the Sales Page

 

Yeah that's what I meant, its not the niche its the individual product's sales page that determines conversions

 

And what makes a good sales page?
