Avoiding Plagiarism When Moving Domains

Discussion in 'Search Engine Optimization' started by ViolentAJ, Nov 7, 2015.

I am going to be moving from Blogspot soon, and starting my own domain. In order to have some content out of the gate, I want to copy over some of my old articles to my new site.
Is there any way to do this without being penalized for plagiarism?

    Thank you.

As its your content and you were the author it is not possible to plagiarize your own stuff!!

    That would make more sense.

In that case, they probably should noindex one of the sites.

I dont think you can plagiarize your own staff but the problem is that the checker will not recognize that it is your work so it will definitely site plagiarism

Delete the articles from blogspot which you have moved to your site.
