Avoiding date and time

    I think phpBB has problem.When SE crawl topics they also copy date and time.And the same time and date is displayed in SERP text.No doubt date and time has no use in SERP text.
    So is there any way to avoid this date and time to be copied by crawler and put some useful text to be appear on SERP text instead of date and time.

    Are you worried because the date and time are a link and you are using a mod_rewrite?

    If so I recommend that for guests you simply remove the anchor tag so that it's not a link for google. You can also mod the index pages so that the date/time is not used but instead a short version of the latest topic intead.

    I am worried about why in description of SERP date and time is displayed.Its completely useless.How to avoid it ?
