This is sooo true (although I try to click on the ads from site that I like). The best niches are those of specific products or brands.

I've read this whole thread... *phew*

Nice information. I don't have an AdSense account yet, but as you can see I am doing my research on how I can get the most out of it. Very useful information floating around this forum. I'm very glad I've joined it.

I agree totally with the OP, and I really like your truck mud flaps website! Thanks for the wake up call on that niche, and for posting such a useful post, it's so rare here:)!

I agree that finding niche is not all about passion for the topic; it's about having the passion to learn about the topic. With vast information on the web, it's easy to learn about a specific topic. You can even learn nearly all about the programming language by reading online articles and tutorials.

    Something very informative.
Most people who knew about Adsense will never ever click those ads to prevent their competitors in earning money through them.

Absolutely true, I never click on other blog ads
But casual people may be attracted to click those since they are really looking for info :)

I've been an adsense account holder since 2003 and I think I tried everything with adsense (except of course doing things against TOS).. :D

There are terms based on each users preferences if they like to click these ad links or not.
