Avoid PROFITHOST.net AT ALL COSTS! Poor support! MAJOR downtimes!

    Hello Users,

    I just wana give u guys an advise to avoid www.Profithost.net because recently I have ordered a windows server from them.

    That guy told me to send money through wire transfer because thy don’t accept paypal because of buyer protection.

    I sent the money by bank that guy received it. I ordered a windows server because I am a streamer.

    So I was suppose to get the sever 1 day before that streaming event but when that day came that guy told me that thy are waiting for windows 2003 server license.
    Now its like 1 month I never received the server nor refund.

    I tried to massage that guy on msn he is like I will send the refund in 2 days but thy didnt.

    This company is a Complete Fraud. Now when ever I email him that guy never reply me back. So I am writing this for u guys so u can avoide profithost.net in future.

    Please keep away from spamming these forums with negative threads about us.

    You know very well we have setup the server specificly for you the same day we needed to. You just needed it for that day for streaming and you have cancelled it the next day after. We normally do not even allow this, but we did, because you asked us to deliver the server the next month at the 16th for another major event. We have been ready for this. You did not need this anymore and you have received a shared hosting account at ours.
    You were unhappy because we have had a downtime on that server for almost a day, after you were a member for a week or two, because of IP issues. This hosting account was terminated just for you, and we have still offered you a full refund of your ENTIRE payment. Up to a few days ago.

    We have COMPLETE logs of this entire happening. Please refrain from posting public negative threads, this is also not in compliance with the laws in Europe.
    If you really want something done, use a legal way to do this please.

    At this point , Since he has already begun a thread over this , dont you think it'll be better if you prove by those logs that you have been fair enough ?
    I'm sure a lot of readers would like to know more about this and just so that it don't affect your sales.
    At the moment, Whom do i trust as a mere reader ?

    IF you would have read the threads, you would have known that all problems are solved.

    I know its always nice to bash someone, from the point of view of concurrent hosts.

    We are not yet providing any logs about this, we expect the topic started to come forward now with an explaination of this. If needed we can come to this point later. Privacy of our clients is respected in all cases.

    People nowadays tend to look at public places faster to solve their problems. We have had a boost of customers lately, and therefor we have as well the complaints. Customers, when unhappy seek the power of other people to help influence the company they buy from.

    We do not see this as a negative change in the market. We see this as very positive, and it also offers an opportunity for us to show that we are infact available for contact continuously and do not leave our clients alone.

    In my personal opinion, i think its very good for customers to find other people for support, many companies are getting bigger and bigger, and more bureaucracy arrives.
