So I came home today and all my sites were shut down, with no email or reason given. I run watch tv show online type sites, and I have checked before with them that they are okay, so it's not that. Screw these scammers. Unless you want hostgator-esqe quality service (which you could just get for cheaper with Hostgator, I might add), stay away. Plenty of other providers out there that respect their customers. They cost me a ton of money today shutting my sites down without any warning.
Hmm, this is the third thread relating to EuroSrv going down the shitter. I've had my site shut down on and off for the past few days. I didn't pay my bill and was told i am going to be given a grace period, which lasted for about 9 Hours until i was suspended again. Then they gave me the grace period again, 7 hours this time. This has done alot of damage to my 30k+ member community and unfortunately i'll be moving from EuroSrv. They are a good bunch, they just need to be a little more proffesional.
I can not recall where I seen posts like this at - but I have seen these same type of posts about this same company here and there. I would be freaking if I were you guys! This is sad.... 3 I assume that is also why you are so back logged on your banner/logo offer. I can understand why - my goodness getting your site open must come first... no worries mate we are chilling

I've never missed a bill with them. I'm pretty upset, needless to say. Shutting down sites without even so much as an email is horrible business practice.
It is a pity to hear about you troubles. But in any case try to get answer from them to clarify everything around
Turns out they said I had an overdue bill, and since I paid it, they turned my service back on. The thing is, I DIDN'T have a overdue bill, and I haven't paid them ANYTHING via paypal since a few weeks ago when my normal bill was due. Their system must have f-ed up and I got screwed because of it. Great.
I've read about these on an other forum, similar situation. I'd be packing my bags, ready for off if it was me as the ones you see are a heads up but, what about the ones you don't! How long yous been with EuroSRV?
I've been with them about a year I'd say. Had very few problems until now. My service is on now, but I probably won't be staying beyond this month if I can't rely on them.
Have you tried providing proof to them that you paid the bill? Things happen sometimes. Sorry to hear this happened to you and thank you for letting everyone know about it.

it's not about billing .. not about invoice .. and i think you shouldn't have paid them really .. the Eurosrv is all down .. i have a 25k community which is down for 2 days now .. no support tickets answered .. no emails ....
