This is a complete joke........I'm the one who didn't get paid for the work I did, and I'm the one that gets an infraction......because I start a thread about it? I've been personally attacked so many times here at DP that it isn't even funny, and when I pointed it out, nothing was done.

If you don't believe me, just go look up the threads and post I've made in the political section.

I emailed him twice.....once on monday and once on friday, as I've said before, I could not get online between those days. I told him I was halfway finished on monday, so he KNEW the articles were almost done. I then emailed him on friday, told him I was going to finish the articles.....and then I did it, because I was setup in my new office then.

As soon as I email him the articles, he emails me back saying he doesn't want them..........do you get it now?

It is called a rip off. But I've got a solution to the problem, because right this second, there is another member here at DP who I have just sent articles to, and still no response........even though I sent them yesterday.

From now on, I will request that all new clients deposit half the money for an order into my paypal account up front. Once I've completed the articles, I will request the other half. If I can't finish them for some reason(like an emergency) then I will refund their money.

I have plenty of people here supporting me who I've worked with in the past who know I do a good job, and I don't rip people off.

From what I have read it seems as if Sundaybrew is a fine person, and the only reason he rejected tesla is because he was tired of waiting and all that. I understand that tesla's internet had to die, although that still doesn't explain why he couldn't go to Starbuck's or something. That's just my opinion...

I defenetly would not like to do business with him in future....

And why people cant talk about others ?
its place where people rely on others words so if someone is doing bad we should let other know so they can be aware of it and be careful and then DP would be safe as it is know.
    Thanks

its sold to another guy because he may be paying him too much then what he thought.
So even at same time if my transaction was almost completed he ask me to cancel it.
it was almost same time so why he didnt accept first of two, i even told him to give it to the first one GUEST maybe But he saw more money and didnt keep his words.

Do you really blame him for not selling it to either of you? What business person in their right mind would enter into a transaction with anyone who composes themselves so unprofessionally? Especially in public?? I wouldn't have sold it to you either.

There was no malicious intent... The best thing you can do now is learn from the experience. You do realize that the next person who considers buying or selling anything from you may well do a little research and find these posts of yours. Be careful about letting your emotions run your business.

I'm not here to argue - just wanted to voice a yet unspoken perspective.

Perhaps a lesson from this might be to always ask for a second method of communication (besides E-mail). At minimum you should get an E-mail address and a phone number. You are running a business and relying on E-mail alone doesn't cut it.

If someone won't supply a phone number in a business relationship, do not do business with them. All this could have been avoided with a simple phone call to your customer.
