Ive been out of the adult PPC game for a while but still had an account with AvnAds, i just put it on my new site and with the banner they integrate inline text ads and on every third impression a full size page ad.. has anyone seen success with this profit wise? It seems a bit overwhelming and i might switch networks if i dont get good results.
