    You don't have to worry, i have received refunds from Aviva owner when the sites I submitted weren't suitable for his directory.

    Funny even if you are a first time customer the first thing you do is more research, if you happened to search for aviva directory on dp youd find lots of good things about him and perhaps realize making a thread accusing Jeff is not a good idea. :p

    Jeff runs a quality popular directory - you'll get a refund if you ask for it - you just need to be a little patient due to it being the holiday season. I recently submitted a listing to Alive which took 3 or 4 days to appear, i wasnt bothered with the wait though... directory owners do have other commitments beyond their directories!!!
