Aviva only a PR6?

This is news to me. I thought for sure they were a PR7. Maybe I am going crazy, but did this just recently happen?

It is very important? PR is not the only thing for directory.

Aviva is one of the strongest directory you can not miss

 

real seos don't give a * about PR

Sorry mate--just coming back visiting Aviva's own list of strongest Directories--and it puts itself on 11th Please Visit Their Own List

And Aspidov--PR does matter a lot specially for Directories. Very few people would submit to a weak low PR Paid directory. But the most important thing perhaps with directories is Page Strength/Second of course PR.

 

Its quite common for directories to lose page rank

 

Don't forget PR6 is still really rather higher... PR6 isn't that easy to get... also Aviva is (as mentioned) on of the most recognised and popular directories... PR isn't everything... reputation though is priceless!!!

 

Lot of sites were fallen in Jan 25 PR push.

& PR6 is not 'only' PR6

Aviva is still top of top. I believe it will gain PR 7 back next update.

idk if u can say the word ONLY fits with a PR 6 .......

i mean come on ... its hard to get it higher than PR 5 ....... and not only its PR 6 it have awesome traffic ... look at the alexa .. and jeff promotes it very well and its inner pages are too strong to be called only a Pr 6.

I think lately Jeff focus as been internal link popularity, that is much hard and important than homepage PR.

 

PR6 is still good. Strong promotion, strong loyal business man. And all down good directory. I'd still list there if it had PR0 and 260,838 links pointing to it

 

It has PR6 but check PS - Its PS7 ( thats equals to alive and other directories )

you cant say that for many directories.

 

PR is important advertising tool though. It's more convincing to the majority.

 

What I meant was the "s" word, but you can call it "f" or just a "Star"
