to
"We believe we're unable to come up with a unique name"

ahh, My site submitter has no idea about the trademark. He submitted my all site in this directory

Personally I won't submit my site in a site that has branding issue.

BTW, I registered a domain name NineSeek.com in mid of 2006, And started this site as a general directory at February 2007 when this domain was PR4. After a month I realize that I can't provide the quality like SevenSeek.com then why I will make problem for an established web directory?

So, I took a new domain name and moved all data into Directory Monster and ordered for new Logo to my logo designer.

My new domain name got PR6 at the recent update

If you want to provide any stable service on the web then you must have to do something unique!
