    Site comes to you with all the scripts needed to run it as well as a database of 200+ themed articles. Custom header. Site age - 9 months.

    Nice keyworded domain name is also included, naturally. Free push at name.com (account is free if you don't have one there). Name valid until 01/2008

    Moderate traffic. Snapshot of stats below. Assume little revenue at this point. I had AdSense running on it but I run out of channels to track so I don't know.

    I had the site submitted to few directories and added some other links from themed sites.

    In case you're curious why I sell: I bought it here on DP 5 months ago. Had to fix the scripts as they were not actually working. Got sidetracked with other projects and now, 5 months later I am re-arranging the hosting and I need the dedicated IP the domain is on.

    BIN now is exactly half of what I paid for the site 5 months ago. My loss:( is your gain:D (plus you get 5 months worth of site aging as an added benefit)

    I have a question. Your profile here says you're from Philadelphia, PA. I did a whois on the domain name and it belongs to a Eduardo Pudol in Balanga Philippines. What's the story?

    Interesting... I never actually Whois my own names but it this case I just did and it appears that Name.com have failed to update the contacts even though I have them all properly setup in my Name.com account. Never happened to me before but I only have this one name with Name.com

    Anyways, it does not really mean much in terms of operation of the site: the nameservers listed are correct and so the name resolves properly to my hosting account, which is exactly why I did not notice the issue in the first place. Should you get the name, you can set any contacts you want yourself or even protect them with Whoisguard-like service.
