Avi web player ?

Hi !

I have on my dedicated server avi files. Do you know any avi web player to add on my website ?

I have try DivX web player but i get the message "this file is not divx file" any other avi player please ?

I don't know why Divx wouldn't work it usually plays Avi without issue. Win Media player will play Avi. You can also try one of these sites. They may have something for you.

Windows Media Player can play avi video. You can embed the WMP with avi on your website.

Try divx player or vlc media player or gom media player

 

Embedded Windows Media Player will work. As far as I know where is Windows Media Player for MAC. Another solution is to re-encode the videos to WMV and use Silverlight.

 

Try AVS Media Player, it is the best choice for playing avi files~

 

I suggest you don't use avi for web video streaming, as avi cannot be played in Adobe Flash Player. It's recommended to use FLV as video format on web page, so that it can be streamed via Flash player.
