Avg link scanner and mozilla firefox

    I really don't have idea where to put this thread.

    I like browsing with tabbed browser like firefox.
    Today avg is updating the services including link scanner in my firefox.

    And suddenly the tab is not working properly, I can open a new tab using ctrl-T or file -> new tab, but the tab address is not blank. the address filled with other tab address I was open.
    Also, succesfull opened tab is not showing the correct address.

    This is suck, I can work with 5-10 tabs, and I can not view the right web address on for each tab.

    Any body have the same experience ?

    if You use mozilla go to tools/options/Manage Add-ons and disable avg security toolbar

    I do not use link scanner myself and IP protection, its your choice, but in firewall version of AVG antivirus I recommend to use full package.

    I agree. The scanner is a real pain - I do not use it either . I found too many false positives and compatibility problems.
