Average Traffic to Cash Ratio for a content site

I am wondering what the average traffic to cash ratio is for a content site, say on animals, dogs, cats, or other things in the natural world.

There is no such thing
The clicks earn more money depending on your serp results
If you are high on serp rankings for the particular keyword then you get better adwords advertisers on those pages, who have bid higher amounts, so you get more money
More content can only make your visitor to stay back and come back to your site again and again which is a nice thing to increase revenue
So Fresh content + SERP rankings = Money
