    On an average how much

    1. SB in 1 hour

    2.Blog commenting in 1 hr

    3. forum posting in 1 hr

    4. directory submission in 1 hr

    5. A quality article can be written in how much time

    6. 1 Press Release in how much time.:)

    SEO needs patient and hard work, because the whole thing depend on keywords.

    You should do always 3 hours Job on your website for search engine optimization. According to my research and development for search engine optimization of any needs 2 hours of daily consistently 3 months.
