    Hi all,

I have a question regarding ringtones affiliates who use a landing page with carriers list to drive traffic to the offer pages - what is your average CTR of landing page visitors to Azoogleads reported clicks?

Mine is about 65% and I wonder if I can imporve it to some better levels.

    Happy Holidays..!

Because Ringtones market is going downhill fast....its saturated...and its becoming not profitable at all for anyone.....there will be a few people that do well and the rest will lose money.

My advice is to look for new niches /////financial is always high paying

Ringtones, many are doing well with ringtones. Some very well. But the new comers will not be doing well. And yes, no one wishes to talk about anything related to ringtones. Competition is competition, it never helps.

Well I no longer do ringtones - not as easy to convert at a good rate due to competition. Reason why new players aren't making much is because they aren't putting in much. If you go in as a big time player then you will do better but be carefull and understand the risk involved.

65% is not bad but you shouldn't get comfortable with that. If you get it up to around 75% you will be doing good.

some great information about ringtone conversions being offered up here (i don't know my CTR but just put it on my todo list to check)

but still the same conversation as other threads... programs other than ringtones.

I'm still trying to find out what those other programs are. linkpro gave a hint of "financial" but that's pretty broad. i tried a home loan application and sent many targeted hits from adwords but never one conversion.

in fact the only conversions i've got outside of ringtones are what i would consider to be a one off fluke in two different programs. all the other things i've promoted via ppc have ended in a big $0 and money loss.

still not giving up though, hitting the dating offers hard next week and still searching for that "other" profitable cpa offer. all hints appreciated. :p

Thanks tdnetworks. Yes, I guess we always need to aim higher.. by the way, what risk is involved? (Other than spending $$ in PPC without generating commissions, of course).

I have finally realize this, My other products makes much more than ringtones, and I put more effort into Ringtones.

Hopefully after this phase ( of everyone) doing ringtones things may get better.

pcarlow, be careful promoting dating offers. If you have the right audience you can make some good money.

The dating campaigns that many of the networks offer don't have the best landing pages that entice someone to sign up.

    Guys,

Always create your own landing pages. Never settle with the one provided by the advertiser.
