Average position stats

    When viewing a list of ad groups in my campaign it says next to each one the average position of all ads within that group (Avg. Pos)

    These range from 6 to 8 on this screen.

    However when i click each ad group i see the average position for each ad is one or 2, so why is the campaign screen showing such a high average when my ads are always showing in or near the top position?
