Average per hour work?

Depends on many things but mostly how much your client is willing to pay and how much money you need.
But if somebody pays 2$ per hour - he will receive work for 2$ per hour and often this work won't deserve even 0$.
As a developer I charge 30$+ per hour recently and I live in Bulgaria (outsourcing destination).

The average is based on what you do for the money....

 

Its differ according to your abilities. But regular price is $30-$50

 

It depends on your position and how professional you are.

 

Where exactly is your city?

 

She don't have any specifics about work. But I guess these are just not so difficult work & not into designing.
