I wanted to know if there was a way in Analytics where I could see the average amount of pageviews I receive in a selected time span, similar to the 'average visitors' tab.

There's an average pageviews on the Visitors overview page, click that and it drills down, so you can see by day, week or month.
Or you can go to Visitors >Visitor Loyalty > Depth of Visit to see what percentage looked at how many pages

Alright cool, now riddle me this. Now that I see there's an option for avg. pageviews per user, is there a tab which tells the avg pageviews I get as a whole? For instance, when you look at the main panel, right under visitors you see 'Pageviews' (the pagviews accumulated within a day. If that makes any sense.
