It's hard to predict but you might be interested in this thread http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=338168
Considering my best practice of reminding people of £0.05 AdWords clicks, what you can get with PPC is: -£1,000.00 20 000 -£1,100.00 22 000 -£1,210.00 24 200 -£1,331.00 26 620 -£1,464.10 29 282 -£1,610.51 32 210 -£1,771.56 35 431 -£1,948.72 38 974 -£2,143.59 42 872 -£2,357.95 47 159 -£2,593.74 51 875 -£2,853.12 57 062 Though I doubt you'll scrape enough keywords to fill your budget with 5-cent clicks only.
i wouldnt want to essentially put all my eggs in one basket and just use google adwords, would buy links, adbrite, and other methods aswell? any suggestions?
You may want to check out the links section of DP. Keep in mind though, that doing things for SEO is a long term project and you won't get the instant gratifcation that you seem to be looking for.
i would be looking to spend, in the first 3 months, 90% of the money on instant gratification to get things off the ground, then after that 50% on long term gratification e.g. seo and good google positiion, and 50% on instant visitors. links, do you think i should aim to get a few high traffic sites, or more lower traffic sites?
Well, if you use someything like Adwords, you can of course predtetermine the number of visitors you want to drive to the site by setting the maximum amount per click. If you are talking about buying advertising in the form of links or banners on other ites, its impossible to say.
well i would be using a combination as i dont think i should put all the money in one place. i was just looking for an average acheivable!
