I'm starting to get a decent ammount of clicks, but when I did the math for today, I found I'm only making about $.11 per click. what do you guys think is average?
It depends on your niche. If you can tell your niche, then may be we can give your some ideas as some niche gets $0.02 and others get $1.00.
how about working towards 1000 clicks per day? That will be US$110 per day. 11 cent per click is a good start
.11 is not that bad. I would be happy to get that much on some of my sites isn't it against TOS to reveal such info?
It depends on the site content. For sites that provide forum discussions on generic topics like politics, and current events, a CPC like .05 is considered reasonable. On the otherhand, for specialized topics like "Manhatten Apartment", you can expect a much higher CPC. Also, it is reported that G follows something like smart pricing (I am not sure, though) and pricing is adjusted by a factor for smart priced sites. Instead of CPC, suggest that you aim for reasonable CPM.
0.11c sounds normal for a page with multiple blocks in an average niche. These are not MFA clicks, and not the high clickbank/legal/debt clicks either. Considering the reasonable 1% conversion rate from a Adwords-Content ad, all the advertiser has to do with make 10$ profit on each conversion...
finance, finance, everything to do with finance but personally I do have any interest whatso ever in finance hence why I only have 1 finance website
Mine is on average anywhere between 0.03 and 0.10. There are those rare occasions where I get 0.50 or even 1.00 per click though....
