Average CPM

    Anybody has any idea what is the average CPM (cost per thousands impressions).

    Is it possible to get $1 for 1000 impressions??

    Average CPM for what market? There are major differences and yes, you can get 1$ CPM. Be more specific if you want solid answers.

    There's very few good (re: high-paying) adult CPM networks out there. I can't even think of any, although I know Clicksor has something like it, but as far as I know, the rates are poor. You're better off going with CPC like Adbrite (and Clicksor as well) and doing the affiliate thing.

    I was hoping your enquiry would be about another market as I have limited knowledge of adult advertising rates. I`m sure someone else can shed some light. :)

    I run a car site which is averaging an eCPM of $15 through AdSense. It only gets small traffic (about 60-80 visits per day) but it is a very nice earner. Other car sites of mine dont usually do very well with CPM, so i just run ValueClickMedia banners.
