Hey, I have received 900 clicks over the past 1 week, yet I have not made one sale. Is this normal - by that I mean does it usually take longer then 1 week to see sales. Or do I have an extremely underperforming product.

How long does it usually take to convert? - on average..

The Conversion report take up to 24 hours but normally it shows in 3 hours.

Normally most of the sales are in first day visit and some few are in some days latter - I'm not talking here about the second sale.

900 clicks in AdWords and no sales means that you are doing something very wrong there - go slow and review what you are doing.

    - Are you geting the correct audience? (review keywords and ad text)
    - the landing page is ok for these keywords? (review relevance of the landing page / what is the best landing page to send the traffic)
    - your product is something that sell?
    - your estore is something that people can trust?

if one or more itens above is not ok you are wasting money in adwords - maybe is a good idea to hire a professional to do the job for you.

Were these content network clicks? Are you bidding on -extremely- broad terms?

Often when people start out in AdWords, they'll forget about the importance of targeted traffic and will think "I'll bring anyone to my site and I'll just persuade them to buy my product here" - you have to bring the visitors that are already inclined to purchase and then you'll convert well.

900 clicks and no conversions is EXTREMELY alarming, I hear that adult industry conversion rates are better than that.

What's the landing page and I'll take a look and give you some constructive feedback.

What everyone above has said is absolutely spot on, there's something amiss here and 900 clicks should have given you a conversion by now!
