    I am thinking of making some website banners but i dont know what size to make them. Is there like a standered banner size or something?

    Banner size should be 468 x 60.

    If they are not you can not use a banner exchange if you want.

    What would you be making headers for? vbulletin? some CMS's or?
    maybe it would be an idear to make templates instead? :)

    Like stated above they are ad banner sizes... header sizes are more versatile but ad banners aren't because most advertisers are very specific about sizes.

    I think banner size depends on possition where you want to put, however it should get wide enough to able to design your advertisment

    For web with responsive features, it's very difficult to create a static header, unless you can create responsive headers using HTML5 & CSS3

    Hello I'd suggest to ask professionals regarding HTML5 banners. There are some HTML5 banner makers, but I don't recommend this. You need to think also about the responsivity and the quality of the banners. I'd ask f.e. Topbanners.com.
